Adult Braces Update- Appointment #3, Intermittent Fasting, Refit Workout

Adult braces as an adult… In this vlog-style video, I bring you along for my 3rd ortho visit. We start at my office. We grab a bite to eat at Sweet Brown Suga in Grayson, GA before heading for my retightening. After, we go back to my office. Later that evening, we visit Walmart to check out some planners (check out my planner videos), to exercise class (REFIT), and then I give you a final mouth-check update before signing out.
